The Syracuse Suds Factory offers an unique dining and drinking experience.  Established in 1991, the Syracuse Suds Factory brought locally brewed beer back to the City of Syracuse.  The Syracuse Suds Factory's restaurant and micro-brewery have been a favorite to those who truly enjoy great food and spirits.

The Syracuse Suds Factory's very own BrickHouse Brew has quickly become legendary in Syracuse. In addition to the Syracuse Suds Factory's own brews, we offer one of the most extensive beer menus in the city as well as serving some of the city's best food.

The Suds Factory is equipped with a large dining and banquet facility with the finest catering services available.
