The Syracuse Suds Factory offers a unique dining and drinking experience. Established in 1991, the Syracuse Suds Factory brought locally brewed beer back to the City of Syracuse. The Syracuse Suds Factory’s restaurant and micro-brewery have been a favorite to those who truly enjoy great food and spirits.

Syracuse Suds Factory offers a full menu featuring everything from chicken wings to flat bread pizza and our slow smoked BBQ pork sandwich. Every Friday, we feature our award-winning Fish Fry featuring our New England Clam Chowder, and on Saturdays we offer our perfectly cooked Prime Rib special.
Syracuse Suds Factory’s very own BrickHouse Brew has quickly achieved legendary status in Syracuse. In addition to Syracuse Suds Factory’s own brews, we offer one of the most extensive beer menus in the city as well as serving some of the city’s best food.
